How do I create an account?
To create an online Longchamp customer account,
1.) Click on the My Account tab at the top right of the screen.
2.) Enter your contact email address.
3.) Create your password according to the defined security requirements.
What are the advantages of creating a Longchamp customer account?
Thanks to your online customer account, you will be able to:
- View the details of your online purchases.
- Manage and change your personal information.
I've already placed an online order without creating an account - can I add it to the customer account I created after?
Yes, provided the order and the account are both using the same email address any previous orders will be visible.
